We work with humans of all ages, from the very young to the young-at-heart.
Our approach
Mindful strength work, skill practice, and application in natural surroundings are at the core of our work. While natural movement is central to our approach, we draw from traditional strength and conditioning and other movement systems.
We value community and know that humans learn socially, so we facilitate events that bring movers together. We use play to help movers connect with themselves, their surroundings, and those around them.
